Our goal is to provide the finest care at a reasonable cost. Unless previous arrangements have been made, payment is due at the time services are rendered.
You are responsible for all fees charged by Bushey Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery regardless of your insurance coverage.
You will receive a monthly statement, and insurance companies typically respond within 4-6 weeks. Please contact us immediately if your statement does not reflect your insurance payment. We work with Delta Dental for dental insurance coverage and Medical Mutual for medical insurance coverage.
